1. Abstract content

An abstract should include

1) Title

2) Submitter's self-introduction (name, employer, work experience, research field, please summarize each point in 1-2 sentences)

3) Abstract body (including research background and importance, methods, results and discussion, etc.)

4) Key words (3-5).

2. The submitter shall indicate the form of abstract presentation, poster presentation or oral presentation.

3. The oral presentation in English is 15 minutes in total, including a three-minute questionand-answer session.

4. Abstract format:

1) The abstract should be written in English, within 500 characters.

2) Please carefully check the abstract content, author's name, affiliation and other information before submission.

3) For all accepted abstracts for poster presentation, please submit posters in image format (1080*1920 pixels).

7. Review

All abstracts will be reviewed by peer experts for acceptance. The Organizing Committee and Academic Committee will ensure fairness and impartiality. The results will be notified to abstract submitters by email by September 5, 2022.

8. Awards

1) Best Oral Presentation

Expert voting.

Champion (3,000 CNY), 1st runner up (2,500 CNY), and 2nd runner up (2000 CNY),

Commemorative Award (500 CNY worth of gifts),

For participants: Lunch voucher, ICG voucher and in-city transportation subsidy.

Prizes and certificates are awarded at the end of the congress

2) Best Poster Presentation

Voting on line.

3) Abstract

Forming a collection of abstracts (published as a PDF on the conference website and available for free download) , and all those who submit abstracts will have a certificate of participation issued by the ICG Conference.
